Privacy policy
This page explains what NOWRAS Perfumes ("we") collects when you visit nowrasperfumes.in or order from us, why we need it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, email and delivery address, to deliver your order.
- Your business name and GST number, only if you add them for a GST invoice.
- What you ordered and how you paid (online or Cash on Delivery).
- We never see or keep your card, UPI or bank details. Online payments are handled by Razorpay.
Why we use it
- To pack, send and deliver your order, and to call you about it.
- To send order messages by email and WhatsApp.
- To make GST invoices and keep the records Indian tax law asks for.
- To answer your questions, returns and refunds.
We do not sell your details to anyone.
Who we share it with
- Courier companies, to deliver your parcel.
- Razorpay, to take online payments.
- Our email and WhatsApp messaging services, to send order messages.
- Government authorities, only when the law requires it.
Cookies and visitor statistics
The website needs a few cookies to work, for example to remember your cart. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to count visits and the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. These start only after you tap Accept on the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (at least 6 years). Other details are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them (except what tax law asks us to keep), and you can withdraw your permission for cookies.
