Terms and conditions

• All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST.
• Delivery charges are shown in the cart and at checkout, before you pay. See Shipping.
• Photos show our real products, but colours and packaging can differ slightly from your screen. Natural ingredients can vary a little from batch to batch.
• Combo prices apply automatically when you buy the combo quantity of the same product and size.

• Your order is confirmed when you see your order number (it starts with NW) and receive our message.
• Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before we pack them. We may cancel an order we cannot confirm.
• If a product runs out or a price was clearly shown wrongly, we contact you and refund anything you paid for it.

Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is paid to the courier in cash.

Damaged or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery are replaced or refunded. See Returns for the details.

• Burn bakhoor on charcoal or an electric burner on a heat-proof surface, in a ventilated room, and never leave it burning unattended.
• Keep all products away from children, pets and open flames.
• Attar and perfume are for external use. Try a little on your skin first; stop using it if your skin reacts.

If something goes wrong with an order, the most we are responsible for is the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
